Marlisa works closely with Matt Scarce within the Sales Team.  Being a fully qualified and licensed real estate agent herself, and with some 23 years’ experience, Marlisa understands the importance of customer service, confidentiality, ethics and best practice.

Her energetic approach and can do attitude is evident with everything she does.  With a diverse skill-set, well developed organisation and people skills, preparing highly detailed sales documentation, creating strategic property marketing, looking after the needs of clients and keeping one step ahead of our busy Director is all in a day’s work for Marlisa.

After growing-up in the family home in Watson Avenue, attending Rose Park Primary and Marryatville High Schools, Marlisa is well acquainted with the leafy eastern suburbs.

With an effervescent, helpful and friendly personality, Marlisa is well-known for her nothing is too much trouble approach to everything she does.
